Together with Richard Thaler, Cass Sunstein invented the Nudge concept. He is currently the Robert Walmsley University Professor at Harvard. He is also founder and director of the Programme on Behavioural Economics and Public Policy at Harvard Law School. From 2009 to 2012, he was Administrator of the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs under the Presidency of Barack Obama.
Cass has testified before congressional committees on many subjects, and he has been involved in constitution-making and law reform activities in a number of nations. He is author of many books and hundreds of scholarly articles, including the prestigious bestseller Nudge: Improving Decisions about Health, Wealth, and Happiness, co-authored with Richard H. Thaler, winner of the Nobel Prize in Economics, in 2008.
Monique GOYENS

As Director General of BEUC, Monique Goyens represents 45 independent national consumer associations in 32 European countries, acting as a strong consumer voice in Brussels, ensuring that consumer interests are given weight in the development of policies and raising the visibility and effectiveness of the consumer movement through lobbying EU institutions and media contacts. As a consumer expert and advocate, and on behalf of BEUC, Monique is currently member of the EU High Level Forum for a Better Functioning Food Supply Chain and a delegate in the Consultative Commission on Industrial Change of the European Economic and Social Committee. She is an effective member of the Euro Retail Payments Board.
She is also a member of the expert group on “trade agreements” (2018-2019) and a member of both the Advisory Group of Transparency International EU and of the European Advisory Board of the Open Society Foundations. She was a member to the expert group on “fake news” (2018). In her capacity as BEUC Director General, Monique is currently EU co-chair of the Transatlantic Consumer Dialogue (TACD) a network of EU and US consumer organisations, and she also represents BEUC at Consumers International, the international consumer organisation. Apart from championing consumer’ rights, Monique’s passions/challenges are her family & cooking for friends.

Expertise in marketing and general management across classical consumer goods, lifestyle, and luxury sectors. Zara Ingilizian began her career in 1989 with Kraft Foods with roles of increasing responsibility across multiple functions (finance, sales and marketing) and business categories (beverages, cereal, desserts and snacks). Her last role at Kraft was Vice President of the $2 Billion Cookie category featuring iconic brands such as Oreo, Chips Ahoy and Fig Newtons.
She joined Diageo in 2011 as Senior Vice President leading a multi-billion dollar portfolios comprised of categories such as Vodka, Rum, and Whiskey portfolios; leading brands included Johnnie Walker, Crown Royal, Smirnoff, and Captain Morgan. In 2014, she co-founded a tech start-up in her country of birth, Armenia, to promote economic development. Zara is recognised as one of “Top 50 women in brand marketing”. She is also member of the Board of Armenia Fund USA.
Sille KRUKOW

Sille Krukow has 15 years’ experience in conducting behavioral design studies, measurably nudging consumers towards better, greener and safer decision-making in global markets. Sille is an internationally acknowledged keynote speaker, the developer of the Krukow methodology for piloting and developing nudge solutions – a methodology that generates substantial business results on top of enabling great decision-making.
She has substantial knowledge within the field of applied behavioral science, nudging, impact and effective communication towards consumers and has been executing projects across sectors and industries on a global scale. She acts as a spokesperson and trusted advisor on CSR and sustainability-related and global agendas.
Marie-Eve LAPORTE

Marie-Eve Laporte is Associate Professor at IAE Paris – Sorbonne Business School, where she teaches marketing and communication. She is the director of its Health Marketing and Communication MBA and a member of the scientific committee of the “Brands Values” research chair. Nudges play an important part in her teaching and research activities.
Her research fields also include health marketing, patient and consumer behaviour, as well as brand management in the digital age. Her work has been published in peer-reviewed academic journals and books. Marie-Eve Laporte previously worked as marketing and quality director in the food industry.
Faisal NARU

Faisal Naru spearheaded the OECD work on Behavioural Insights including OECD conferences and publications such as “Behavioural Insights in Public Policy”. He established the OECD Network of Economic Regulators which works with CEOs and Commissioners of agencies to define a “world class regulator”, to be an independent body and protect from undue influence and enhance organisational performance and culture.
He also led multi-lateral work in Africa, Asia and MENA. Faisal is a former member of the UK Government’s Cabinet Office. He then headed the Governance Practice and was on the Leadership Board for a global development consultancy working in Asia, Middle East, Africa and Europe on public sector change and performance improvement. He then was Chief Advisor to the Government of Vietnam on economic and regulatory reforms. He graduated from the University of Oxford.
Kavita PRAKASH-MANI

Kavita Prahash-Mani is the Global Conservation Director at WWF. She is responsible for the WWF Practices delivering against the WWF conservation goals to protect and restore habitats including landscapes, freshwater systems and oceans; protect species; and tackle climate change. This combines work with the food system, harnessing markets and the financial sector, and engaging communities. She leads the development of WWF strategy and approach, partnership development and engagement, planning and performance as well as campaigns. Prior to this position, she led WWF’s global practice on Markets – engaging companies, communities and citizens / consumers. Priority initiatives include reducing demand for ivory in China, addressing plastics in the environment and enabling conversion-free commodity production.
She also established WWF’s Food Practice and defined its strategy and outcomes. Previously, Kavita was Executive Director of Grow Asia in Singapore; the Global Head, Food Security Agenda at Syngenta International; and Executive Director, SustainAbility in London. She has worked at the World Resources Institute in Washington DC and GlaxoSmithKline in India. Kavita is a Board member of Volans, member of Unilever Sustainable Sourcing Advisory Board, and member of the Advisory Board of SustainAbility Inc. She has been on numerous councils and boards including the World Economic Forum Global Agenda Council on Food Security and Nutrition and the Institute for Human Rights and Business.

Eric Singler is the Global Managing Director of the BVA group which is a top 15 global marketing research and consultancy firm (www.bva-group.com) which has partnered with AIM to create the Nudging for Good Awards in 2017. He is also the Founder, President and CEO of BVA Nudge Unit. Eric is passionate about bringing Behavioral Science to Business and Social entities to drive efficiency.
He has become a pioneer in applying behavioral economics learnings and Nudges to win at behavioral change – first in France and around the world – with public policies, Fortune 500 companies, NGO and international organisations. Eric is also the founder and President of the NudgeFrance association. He is the author of 3 books specialising in the application of Nudge: “Nudge Marketing”, “Green Nudge” focused on sustainability and “Nudge Management” focused on creating better work environments.
